Refund policy
MICROVILLE TOYS RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at microvilletoysinc@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or another suitable solution.
Missing Parts
If your product is missing parts, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In many cases, we can send replacement parts without requiring the entire item to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized products
• Special-order items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us first. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
