We are committed to getting your order shipped as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Canada:

United States:
• Typically 4–14 business days
International:
• Typically 7–30 business days

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
Microville Toys Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of both the product and packaging.
If a shipment appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Missing Parts
If your Microville product is missing parts or components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In many cases, replacement parts can be shipped without requiring a return of the entire product.
Pre-Orders
Products offered for pre-order will ship once production is complete and inventory becomes available. Estimated ship dates are subject to change.
